When should I order my Wedding Stationery?
You should order your wedding invitations at least 2-3 months prior to your wedding date. This leaves a month for guests to RSVP and a month for you to organise postage and ample time for guests to receive them.
Please allow Reception stationery should be ordered at least 2-4 weeks to allow time to approve proofs, printing production and shipping timeframes.
Do you create custom designs?
Yes we do, while we try to offer as many different combinations & options as possible for you to be able to customise your design, if you have something else in mind, feel free to call or email us and we can come up with something completely unique for your special day! 🙂

What information should I have organised prior to placing an order?
So that the process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible, we strongly recommend that you organise the following prior to placing your order.
- Wording – This doesn’tapply to the invitation, this also includes thinking about RSVP wording, wishing well, directions & accomodation wording etc.
- Fonts – Have an idea of what style of font you are after. We can make changes to the proofs.
- Guest List – This is always underestimate how long it takes to get peoples address. We do have a template which you can use.
What if I need my wedding invitations urgently?
A priority fee can be purchased to ensure that you receive your invitations within a 2 week timeframe, however please contact us prior to placing your order as this depends on our current workload, stock availability and other factors/requirements.
Due to the fact that these items are handmade we require a minimum of 7-10 days to complete all orders.
All priority orders include express postage.
How will I know when my order has been completed?
You receive an email once your order has been completed, this means that it will be shipped the next business day. Orders are then posted via Australia Post e parcel service and include tracking. Should you require express postage an additional charge will be added.
Why are there so many add-ons?
This is so that you can pick and choose what you require specific to your needs. is necessary Unlike most stationery companies who include addressed envelopes etc we prefer to leave it up to you to pick and choose what you require with your invitations to keep costs within your budget.

Every brides needs differ, some require rsvp envelopes some don’t so to make the process as easy as possible for you to customise your order we provide as many options as possible.
How many extra invitations should I order?
We usually recommend ordering 10% extra of the total guest list or at least 4-5 invitations as spares.
Eg. If you require 80 invitations, we strongly recommend ordering at least 8 spare invitations.
You’ll be surprised how many times you forget to add a couple of people to the guest list, or your mums remember a family member they forgot to tell you about. You may also want to keep one as a momento of your special day.
Some designs have minimum quantities that need to be ordered due to setup costs. So it is not always possible to order 1 or 2 more later on.
Do you have a shop/Showroom?
We aim to keep prices more affordable by being an online based business, whilst we do not have a shop open to the public, If you wish to see any of the designs up close in person we can send you out a sample so that you are assured of the quality.
Do you offer consultations?
If you wish to meet in person to discuss your wedding stationery in more detail, we will be more than happy to accomodate this however we will be required to charge a consultation fee as our prices are based on the convenience of online ordering, alternatively we can offer a free phone consultation.
**Please note that a consultation fee will also be charged on the distance from where we are located.
